LEXIUM / LEGAL

Terms of Use

Last updated 3 October 2026.

1. Agreement and scope

By accessing or using this website, demonstrations, downloads, reports, APIs or related services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. Separate signed licence or enterprise terms prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

2. Intellectual property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Lexium AI Systems reserves all rights in its original software, designs, interfaces, documentation, text, graphics, models, methods and other materials. Viewing, testing or receiving an output does not transfer ownership. Except where law permits otherwise, you must not copy, republish, sell, sublicense, scrape, defeat access controls, remove notices, or reverse engineer protected materials without written permission.

3. Experimental systems and reliance

Many Lexium functions are research, prototype, simulation or demonstration systems. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable or wrong. You are responsible for independently checking important results and for decisions made using them. Do not use Lexium as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, clinical, engineering, safety-critical or other professional decisions.

4. User inputs and data

You are responsible for having the right to submit any data or material you provide. Do not submit unlawful content, credentials, secrets or sensitive raw datasets through public contact channels. Where a feature is described as local or browser-based, that description applies only to the stated feature and does not guarantee the security of your device, browser, network or third-party services.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, interfere with security or availability, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, infringe rights, or use the services unlawfully. Automated access may be restricted where necessary to protect the service or intellectual property.

6. Third parties and availability

Third-party software, links, hosting, payment, email or infrastructure may have separate terms and privacy practices. Lexium may change, suspend or discontinue unfinished or experimental features. Display of a button, price, roadmap item or integration does not by itself mean that a paid service or connector is active.

7. Warranties and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexium excludes warranties, representations and conditions not expressly stated here and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or economic loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the site or experimental outputs. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Governing law

To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth law. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply where they cannot lawfully be displaced.
